Mental Health Awareness Week 2019
September 23rd-29th 
This week kicks off with our regional anniversary day on Monday the 23rd. This is a great chance to make the most of more time with friends and family to connect and relax. So make sure you plan some positive activities during this week to prioritise your own health and well being.
You could go for a walk, take a picnic to the park with your family, read a good book, listen to some favourite music or plan some personal quiet time.


 Shingles Vaccinations
​The Shingles vaccine (Zostavax) is funded for people aged 65, and as a "catch up"for people
aged 66 to 81 ONLY THROUGH UNTIL MARCH 2020
After March 2020, people over 65 years old will no longer be funded for a "catch up" of  this vaccine.
